Every time you eat, a golden fluid called bile makes a journey through your body to help you digest fat. You are the drop of bile. Choose the right path at each fork and follow the trail from the liver to the finish.

Three short chapters. First the normal path, then what a gallstone changes, and finally where bile goes after the gallbladder is removed. A wrong turn just points you back the right way.
